As part of our Smart Rusun research, we developed IoT devices for water and electricity monitoring and control in vertical housing. Below are short descriptions of each prototype.
The first prototype, designed to handle water and electricity sensors and actuators for a single unit. Served as the foundation for Smart Rusun’s monitoring system.
An improved version capable of managing sensors for up to four units simultaneously, reducing costs while enhancing scalability for larger housing complexes.
A dedicated actuator device using servo motors for water control. Enables prepaid and remote-controlled water supply for residents.
